Little Bay new build

Park & Dell carried this project from structural timber framing through to the finished internal joinery, working across both trades on the one site.

The finished house has a custom kitchen with a fluted island and stone benchtops, a floating oak stair with a glass balustrade, and herringbone flooring through the living areas.
