Park & Dell is a Sydney-based building, carpentry and joinery company delivering complete, high-quality solutions under one roof.
We design, build and deliver our carpentry and custom joinery in-house, creating a smoother and more coordinated process from concept through to completion. Instead of engaging multiple contractors, our clients have one trusted point of contact overseeing the work, maintaining clear communication and ensuring every element comes together properly.
What We Do
Building and construction. We provide an integrated design-and-build service, coordinating each stage of the project with a strong focus on workmanship, efficiency and attention to detail. With carpentry and joinery managed in-house, we maintain greater control over quality, scheduling and the finished result.
Carpentry. We work with leading builders, developers and homeowners across Sydney, delivering construction carpentry to a consistently high standard. From structural framing and external works to detailed fix-outs and architectural finishes, our team approaches every project with precision and care.
Custom joinery. Our custom joinery is designed and manufactured to suit each project. We work with leading builders, developers, designers and homeowners to create kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, entertainment units and bespoke cabinetry, with a focus on refined detailing, quality materials and lasting workmanship.
From the structure through to the final finishes, Park & Dell provides one experienced team, one streamlined process and one point of contact. Ji Ho Park founded the company after years on the tools across all three trades.
Work that holds up
Anyone can make a cabinet look good on handover day. The real test is what it looks like after five winters, a few thousand door slams and a couple of kids.
So we spend the money where it doesn't show: the substructure under a deck, the carcass behind a door, the fixings holding it all together. Good materials, set out properly, by people who will be the ones answering the phone if it moves.
How we run a job
We'd rather sort the awkward questions early, on paper, than find them on site with a crew standing around waiting. So we go through the drawings, the selections and the tricky junctions with you before anything gets cut.
After that you get dates we can actually hold to, and a phone call from us if something changes. No surprises at the end.
