Malabar residence

This build shows the full range of the work we do on a single house. The roof was framed and battened out over the ocean, then the same team came back through for the finishing carpentry.

Timber-lined soffits and raked ceilings run from inside to out, wrapping the balconies and the entry. Glass balustrades sit into hardwood capping, and the decking and internal flooring were laid to carry the same lines through the house.
