What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone, email, suburb and what you're after, so we can reply to you and put together a quote.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to Park & Dell and kept in our lead database. Aedo Studio builds and looks after this website and its ads, and can see enquiries to run them.

Advertising and measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to see which visits and ads lead to an enquiry.

When you send an enquiry, a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email and phone is also sent to Google, so it can match the enquiry to the ad that led to it. Google doesn't get the message itself.

We also use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. When you send an enquiry, a hashed (scrambled) copy of your name, email, phone, suburb and postcode is shared with Meta, together with an enquiry reference. Your IP address and browser details, and Meta's own cookie ids, are also sent. Meta uses all of this to match your enquiry to an ad click. It doesn't get the message itself.
